Introducing Our Skin-Healthy Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach

1 banana

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup coconut water

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon almond butter

A handful of mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries)


Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
