Refund and Return Policy

At Organically Bath & Beauty, we take great care to ensure your orders are accurate and meet your expectations. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and shipping issues.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@organicallybathbeauty.com. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a satisfactory solution.

Refused Orders and Restocking Fee

If you refuse delivery of your order or the package is returned to us, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers handling and processing costs associated with returned shipments.

Shipping Address Errors

We strive to ship all orders accurately. If a shipment is returned due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be charged. This fee must be paid before we reship the package.

If the customer refuses to pay the reshipping charge, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed based on the original order.
